My son made his first sale today

My son and his buddy are officially businessmen.

Their business?

Cleaning trash bins.

They landed their first paying customer today.

My son’s friend’s sister’s boyfriend hired them.

A customer is a customer!

Ashton fell asleep early tonight.

I went in to give him a kiss, and noticed 3 sheets of notebook paper on his desk.

It was their master plan

He wrote down what they needed, what to charge, special bundle pricing, how many doors they were gonna knock, what time they'd work, brands of soap to get and a script for what to say to the people.

I read over his notes while he snored away with a big ol' grin on my face.

A proud Dad moment for sure.

A little entrepreneur is in training.

They didn't spend 6 months trying to find the "perfect" busienss.

They didn't watch 647 YouTube videos.

They didn't stress about their logo or color palette.

They most definitely didn't spend an absurd amount of time tweaking their Instagram bio.

And someone paid them $10!
